At BestLogics, we take onboarding seriously. We want our new hires to feel welcome, supported, and prepared to succeed in their roles. Here’s what you can expect during your onboarding experience:
Pre-boarding
Before your first day, take some time to learn more about the company and its values. This will help you understand the company’s mission and vision, as well as its expectations for employees. You can also research the company culture, dress code, and work hours, so you can show up prepared.
First Day
On your first day, you’ll be greeted by a member of our team and given a tour of the office. You’ll meet your manager and team members, get set up with your computer and other tools, and be introduced to our company culture and values.
Training
Throughout your first week, you’ll receive training on our products, services, and processes. You’ll also have the opportunity to attend workshops and meet with different departments to gain a broader understanding of how our company works.
Buddy Program
We believe that having a peer mentor can be incredibly beneficial during the onboarding process. That’s why we pair new hires with a “buddy” who can answer questions, provide guidance, and help them navigate their first few weeks at the company.
Ongoing Support
Onboarding doesn’t end after the first week. We want to make sure that you feel supported and have the resources you need to succeed in your role. That’s why we have ongoing check-ins with managers, regular performance reviews, and opportunities for professional development.
