Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commission-Based Sales Representative to join our team at As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium coaching resources and subscriptions to soccer coaches and organizations. Your role will involve reaching out to potential customers, building relationships, and driving sales growth through your passion for soccer and effective communication skills. This position offers a commission-based compensation structure, allowing you to directly influence your earnings based on your sales performance.

Proactively identify and target potential customers, including soccer coaches, academies, clubs, and organizations.
Reach out to leads through various channels, including email, phone calls, social media, and networking events.
Present and demonstrate the value of’s coaching resources and subscriptions to potential customers.
Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our products to address customer needs and objections.
Build and nurture strong, lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Keep accurate records of interactions, sales, and leads in the CRM system.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, soccer coaching methodologies, and competitor offerings to provide informed insights to potential customers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with ongoing campaigns and promotions.
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide regular feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and product offerings.


Proven experience in sales, preferably in a commission-based role.
Passion for soccer and a solid understanding of soccer coaching principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively present and articulate product features and benefits.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Comfortable with technology, including CRM systems and online communication tools.
Organized and detail-oriented with good time management skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Prior experience in sports or soccer-related sales is a plus.

Compensation: This position offers a commission-based compensation structure. Your earnings will be directly tied to your sales performance, with the potential for uncapped earning potential.
