Responsibilities

· Obtain licenses for Life, Accident, & Health Insurance, and Series 6/63 financed by Northwestern Mutual

· Ability to become a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) sponsored by Northwestern Mutual

· Participate in personal and professional training and development meetings

· Personalized business coaching and mentoring

· Flexibility in own (daily) schedule to meet with prospects and clients at your convenience

· Analyze, create, and implement a personalized strategy for your clients to achieve financial security

 

Qualifications

· U.S. Citizen or permanent work authorization

· Bachelor’s Degree (Full-time students must be graduating within 6 months, any major)

· Strong academic performance and active involvement in clubs/organizations

· Devoted work ethic and desire to learn

· Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

· Previous work or internship experience

· Ability to work both independently, as well as part of a team

· Self-motivated, driven, goal-oriented

· Sociable, outgoing, enjoys meeting new people

 

Job Type: Full-time

 

Pay:

This Position is 100% commission with supplemental stipends and bonuses

Average 1st year: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00

Years 1-4 avg: $114,000.00

5+ years avg: $445,000.00
