Your Responsibilities…

We are on a mission to continue our growth and as result, we are hiring an Digital Marketing Sales Executive! This role provides you with a foundation of training, the support to achieve success ultimately a career path in BestLogic Branding.

The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator who has a knack for building relationships. You are the driving force behind new and ongoing sales opportunities — directly impacting our growth and success.

Below is a list of duties:

  • Promote and sell marketing, branding, video, EVP & social media programs (around talent branding)
  • Create new relationships with local and regional businesses in our area
    Work with local and corporate marketing teams to develop campaign support materials
  • Inquiring and crafting advertising programs for your clients, both new and existing
  • Responsible to accurately project revenues, meet and exceed monthly budgets for all product lines and overachieve annual budgets
  • Enters new customer data and other sales contract details for station clients into computer database
  • Follow accountabilities set forth by your Sales Manager to help guide you to success achieving monthly sales quotas consistently
  • Provide insight and value to executive management to shape the future of our organization

Business Development:

  • Identify potential opportunities with companies through research, referrals, networking and cold calling.
  • Initiate relationships with prospective clients by researching jobs and organizations and connecting with key stakeholders.
  • Present information related to recruiting and staffing services and utilize business development strategies to capitalize on new opportunities and drive growth.
  • Plan and prioritize activities based on criticality.

  • Degree in business, marketing, economics or related field.
  • Experience in sales & staffing industry
  • Understanding the sales process and dynamics.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
