Job Summary: 

Join the team as a Commission-Based Sales Representative and play a key role in linking job seekers with their dream careers. Your mission will involve reaching out to potential employers, introducing our services, and securing job listing subscriptions. This role offers a commission-based compensation structure, providing you with the opportunity to directly impact your earnings through your sales achievements.


  • Identify and target potential employers and businesses seeking to hire talent.
  • Utilize various communication channels, such as email, phone calls, social media, and networking events, to engage with potential clients.
  • Present and showcase the advantages of our job listing subscriptions to potential employers.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of our services to address employer needs and concerns.
  • Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with clients, fostering repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and leads within our CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with ongoing promotions and campaigns.
  • Exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide regular feedback to enhance sales strategies and service offerings.



  • Demonstrated sales experience, preferably within a commission-based role.
  • Strong passion for job matching and an understanding of recruitment principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in presenting and explaining product features effectively.
  • Self-motivated and determined to achieve and surpass sales objectives.
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable using technology, including CRM systems and online communication tools.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized with effective time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Previous involvement in HR, recruiting, or related fields is advantageous.


This role is 100% commission-based compensation structure, allowing you to earn based on your sales performance. Your potential earnings are uncapped.
