Job Description:
Prepare Revit models of buildings and interiors
Prepare detailed drawings for construction
Prepare Revit models of buildings and interiors

Develop presentation graphics and renderings
Perform redline drafting
Communicating with clients throughout the project to answer questions and provide updates regarding progress
Performing onsite inspections of work performed by other contractors to ensure quality standards are met
Providing technical support and troubleshooting problems with computer hardware and software
Preparing drawings, sketches, charts and other visual aids to communicate information to others
Reviewing architectural drawings to determine if they meet building codes or other regulations
Designing building structures by using computer-aided design (CAD) software to create drawings of floor plans, elevations, sections and other views of buildings
Installing and maintaining computer hardware and software systems in an office environment
Installing, repairing, and maintaining computer software and hardware such as printers, monitors, keyboards, and mice
Doing research to identify best practices for new technologies and procedures

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Revit
- Experience producing structural drawings
- Ability to coordinate Revit models with other disciplines
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Must be able to work in a methodical way to prioritize and balance work loads
- Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced office
- Dependable — more reliable than spontaneous
- Adaptable/flexible — enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
- High stress tolerance — thrives in a high-pressure environment
